A detailed full body or one focused area. Incorporating medium to deep pressure and Swedish massage. Ideal for stress reduction and improved Range of motion.

• 90-Minute Massage: $140.00

Focusing on the deep tissue, tendons, and joints. Full body treatment using myofascial release, kneading, active and passive stretching of the limbs, neck and torso to decrease adhesions in the tissue, increase blood and lymph circulation, Swedish massage is used to relax and move the “toxins” along, AKA metabolic waste.

• Pregnancy Massage

60-Minute Massage $90.00

For the expecting mother or post-partum. Special Bolstering and positioning are used to care for you, light to medium Swedish massage is applied, some areas to be avoided around the foot an ankle.

• Add-on

Salt body scrub- 20-minute service $35.00

The treated areas can be back or extremities, this is a great treatment seasonally or after a healed sun burn. The rigorous scrub clears the surface dried skin to reveal the softer smoother underlayers of healthy skin. The use of fragrant or non-fragrant salt scrub and hot towels are applied and you’re professionally covered.

We all love our pups, elderly or young and wild. They have muscles, tendons and Pain just like us. If you feel they would be open to massage treatments I am happy to help! The spa location has a back yard; we would safely walk to assess body language. A trigger point and effleurage massage would be applied lightly as tolerated to ease adhesions, improve blood circulation to remove blood cell debris from an injury or to ease joints from arthritis. Massage helps those stressed or timid pups as well.
